Philadelphia has a deep tattoo culture — from old-school shops on South Street to modern studios popping up across the city. But if you're looking for the top tattoo shop in Philadelphia, Official Ink on Ridge Avenue stands above the rest. Located at 6117 Ridge Avenue in the heart of Philly, our studio brings the same 24/7, walk-in-friendly, elite-artist model that made our Atlanta locations legendary.
Official Ink Philadelphia is open around the clock. That's not a marketing gimmick — it's a commitment. We know that Philly runs on its own schedule, and we're here for the night-shift workers, the college students, the weekend warriors, and everyone in between. Walk in any time, any day.
Our Philly roster features artists who specialize in a wide range of styles: custom black and grey, vibrant traditional, fine-line, script, realism, and everything in between. Whether you want a small flash piece off the wall or a multi-session custom sleeve, our artists have the skill and the vision to bring it to life.
Flash tattoos are a staple at Official Ink Philadelphia. We keep a rotating wall of pre-designed pieces that you can get on the spot — no consultation needed, no long wait. Perfect for first-timers, spontaneous decisions, or anyone who wants great art without the back-and-forth of a custom design process.
Tattoo parties are another thing we do better than anyone in Philly. Celebrating a birthday, a milestone, or just a night out with friends? Book a tattoo party at Official Ink and turn your event into something unforgettable. Our studio accommodates groups, and our artists are experienced at keeping the energy high and the ink flowing.
Piercing services are available 24/7 as well — facial, body, dermal, and intimate — all performed by certified professionals in a sterile environment. Every client must be 18 or older, no exceptions.
Officially Numb, our proprietary numbing cream, is available for both tattoo and piercing clients who want to minimize discomfort. Pick it up on-site or order online before your appointment.
If you're in Philadelphia and looking for a tattoo shop that combines elite talent, 24/7 availability, and a culture that celebrates the art form, Official Ink is your spot. Walk in any time or book online with one of our Philly artists today.
