Not everybody can make a noon appointment on a weekday. Hospitality workers, artists, healthcare professionals, entrepreneurs, travelers and night-shift employees need options outside traditional hours. Our 24/7 operation gives you more opportunities to visit. That does not mean every artist or service is available at every hour. If you need a specific artist, a long session or a specialized piercing, book in advance.
Same-day availability usually works best for projects that can be clearly explained and completed within the available window. That may include small custom tattoos, names and dates, lettering, selected flash, symbols and simple designs, many standard piercings, and consultations for larger work.
Large-scale realism, sleeves, cover-ups and highly detailed custom concepts require more preparation. You can still visit the shop to start the conversation, but booking the full session allows the artist to reserve the right amount of time.
To move the process forward, bring a valid ID and your reference images. Know the preferred body placement and have a rough size in mind. If the tattoo includes words, verify the spelling before approving the stencil. Official Ink has a $100 shop minimum for standard tattoos. Pricing changes based on size, placement, detail, color and artist.
You do not need to know every step before walking through the door. The artist will discuss the concept, prepare the design, size the stencil and place it for approval. Eat beforehand, stay hydrated and avoid arriving under the influence. Wear clothing that gives the artist access to the placement. Follow the aftercare instructions you receive once the tattoo is complete.
