Question 1

Do tattoos hurt?

Accepted Answer

There will be some discomfort, but pain depends entirely on the individual. Official Ink offers Officially Numb — a topical anaesthetic you can apply before your session to minimize pain significantly.

Question 2

How long will my tattoo take?

Accepted Answer

A session can take as little as 30 minutes for small pieces or span multiple days for larger work. Size, detail, and placement all factor in. Book a consultation for an accurate estimate.

Question 3

Are walk-ins accepted?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we are open 24/7 and accept walk-ins at all three locations. No appointment needed for most services.

Question 4

What are your hours?

Accepted Answer

All three locations are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Question 5

Do you offer piercings?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. We offer facial, body, intimate, and dermal piercings at all locations. All clients must be 18+.

Question 6

Can I get a tattoo if I'm under 18?

Accepted Answer

No. Official Ink only accommodates adults — you must be 18+, even with parental consent.

Question 7

How do I book an appointment?

Accepted Answer

Book online through our location booking links, or simply walk in any time. Each location has its own booking calendar accessible from the Locations section on our website.

Question 8
