When you are ready to get tattooed, you should not have to spend days calling shops just to find out who is available. Official Ink Tattoo & Piercing gives Stone Mountain a local destination where walk-ins are welcome, artists are ready, and the energy stays Official around the clock.
Our Eastside location is at 5045 Memorial Drive, Stone Mountain, GA 30083. Whether the idea has been sitting in your phone for six months or came to you today, you can walk in, talk through the vision and connect with an artist who can help bring it to life.
Some clients come in knowing the exact design, size and placement they want. Others have a reference image, a name, a date or an idea that still needs direction. Both are welcome. Official Ink artists work across a range of tattoo styles and project sizes, including custom tattoos, lettering and script, black-and-grey work, color tattoos, portraits and realism, flash tattoos, small tattoos, large sessions and tapout sessions, and cover-up consultations.
Your reference image is a starting point. The artist can help you determine what will work for the placement, how much detail will hold at the selected size and what adjustments may make the finished tattoo stronger.
Walk-ins are ideal when you are flexible about the artist and ready to move. Availability can still depend on the project, artist schedules and how much time the tattoo requires. Smaller pieces and selected flash are usually easier to accommodate the same day than a detailed sleeve, portrait or cover-up. If you want a particular artist or need a longer session, use the Official Ink artist page before arriving.
Official Ink has a $100 shop minimum for standard tattoo work. The final price depends on the artist, size, placement, detail, color and time required. Select promotional flash may be priced differently when it is offered as part of a current special. Bring a valid ID, your design references and a clear idea of your preferred placement.
Official Ink runs different tattoo and piercing offers throughout the week, including apprentice tattoos, lettering discounts, tapout specials, selected $50 flash designs and $100 postcard-size tattoos. The smartest move is to check the current special, then choose whether to walk in or book ahead.
If it is your first tattoo, we will help you understand the process. If you already have a full collection, we can help you plan what comes next. Visit Official Ink Eastside at 5045 Memorial Drive in Stone Mountain or choose your artist online.
